The work consists of the purchase of approximately 85,000 gallons of Liquid Aluminum Sulfate for the City of Bentonville Water Resource Recovery Facility. This quantity represents the estimated annual total, to be delivered as needed throughout the contract term for the City of Bentonville Wastewater Department. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Surety Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier’s check in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price payable without condition to the City of Bentonville, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract after the Notice of Award has been issued. Personal checks and company checks are not acceptable as a Bid Guarantee. Bidders must follow all submission requirements, and late or unsigned submissions will be rejected. Qualified small, minority, and women owned businesses are encouraged to participate and submit bids for City projects or purchases. Interested parties can obtain the required Bid Packet from the City’s Purchasing and Compliance Department, contact by phone or download from the City’s website.
