The project is for the 2026 Mastic Sealer application for the City of Bentonville Streets. The work includes furnishing all tools, labor, and materials necessary for the mastic sealing application on specified City streets. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the application of an estimated 102,105 square yards of Mastic Sealer, 572 linear feet of 4" yellow thermoplastic pavement markings, 70 linear feet of 12" white pavement markings, and 132 linear feet of 24" white pavement markings. All work, materials, and construction items must comply with the plans and specifications prepared by the City. Bids must be submitted by qualified, licensed, insured, and experienced contractors. Each bid must include a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Personal or company checks are not acceptable. Performance and payment bonds equal to the total bid price are required at contract signing. Late, unsigned, or non-compliant submissions will be rejected. Bidders must adhere to all bonding requirements as specified. Subcontracting is allowed, with encouragement to include small, minority owned, and women owned business enterprises.
