Bid Package 16, all construction inside the Airport Operations Area, includes the following: Trade Package 56: Concourse D - FFE: This Trade Package includes furnishing, delivering, assembling, and installing all furniture, fixtures, and equipment as indicated on the drawings, schedules, and specifications. This includes hardware, fasteners, and coordination with power/data requirements. Trade Package 57: Concourse D- Demolition This trade package includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete selective demolition as indicated on the drawings and specifications for concourse C. Work includes removal of designated partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, casework, fixtures, and equipment, including associated fasteners, supports, and accessories. Contractor shall protect all existing conditions to remain and maintain safe access and egress. Trade Package 58: Concourse D Landscaping: This Trade Package includes furnishing and installing complete landscaping work for Concourse D. The scope comprises of trees, shrubs, perennials, groundcover, planter waterproofing, and automatic irrigation. Trade Package 59: Concourse D - Misc. Metals: This trade package includes furnishing and installing a variety of metal fabrications within Concourse D. This includes items such as bollards, access ladders, pit ladders, pit grates, and miscellaneous HSS framing.
