Sealed bids are to be submitted for the specified drainage improvements. Bid Security, Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds must be provided as directed in the instructions. A Bid Bond of 5 percent of the bid, or an equivalent certified check, bank draft, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds, must accompany each bid.
