Apparent low bidder: Pearsons and Sons $247,800.95 Separate sealed bids for New Madrid Water and Sewer Extension will be received. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at identified locations. Copies may be obtained online for a fee. Any unsuccessful bidder returning the set promptly and in good condition will be refunded, while non-bidders returning a set will not be refunded. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention is called to requirements regarding conditions of employment, Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246.
