Phase One requires labor to disconnect the existing transfer switch and power generator (100 kW, 208 Volt, three-phase unit) at #2 Courthouse Square. This includes coordinating with a local propane supplier to drain the 1,000-gallon tank, with Liberty Utilities to safely disconnect natural gas lines, and with the City of New Madrid to reconnect the building to the power supply after the generator is disconnected. The physical relocation of the generator will be managed by the County Highway Department after Phase One. Phase Two requires labor and materials to connect the transfer switch and generator at 350 US Highway 61 on a pre-poured concrete pad.
