Reasoning completed in 1 stepAmendment 0001 to Solicitation 36C25026Q0352 revises the Sterile Processing Service RO system maintenance scope based on an industry question regarding the frequency and billing of mixed-bed DI tank exchanges. The contractor will now be required to provide three (3) mixed-bed DI tank exchanges per quarter, for a total of twelve (12) exchanges annually, rather than the four (4) per year previously listed in the Price Schedule. The Statement of Work and Price Schedule have been updated accordingly in the attached RFQ and must be used for any offer submitted. This amendment also formally concludes the question-and-answer period for this requirement.
