Reference Number 0000422185 1.1 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for Roof Maintenance and Repair Services. This contract shall consist in general of providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies for roof repair services required in various buildings owned, rented, leased, or otherwise controlled by the City of Rochester, or any other property as ordered by the City 1.2 This contract includes incentives for utilizing qualified city residents as employees of the contractor and/or any subcontractors (See Section 3). 1.3 Bidders should carefully review the Insurance Requirements of Section 9, and must certify on the Proposal that they have the insurance specified.
