Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewisville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals will be received for FM 407 Waterline Encasement, which includes, but is not limited to, the installation of steel encasement on existing Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) waterlines where the proposed TXDOT right-of-way overlaps the UTRWD's existing easements. Proposals must be accompanied by either a Bid Bond from a surety meeting the contract requirements or a certified check from a national or state bank in an amount not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within ten (10) days after Notice of Award, enter into a Contract and furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and any other bonds required in the Contract Documents. UTRWD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids (including bid deduction items), to waive any informalities and technicalities, and to accept the bid most advantageous to UTRWD. The District has sole discretion to consider and elect bid deduction items as it deems most advantageous. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. Question Deadline 04/09/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
