Site work, new construction, remodeling and addition to a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for the addition of a 1,550-square-foot medical facility; and for the remodel of a 40,310-square-foot medical facility.
This work will primarily take place within the UMC Trauma Center building, located at 800 Hope Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106, and will provide a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade. As part of the work, office space will be modified to clinical space for medical use. Most work within the building will take place on floors four and five. Further, the work will include the installation of an additional elevator shaft, and existing heating and cooling equipment will be replaced. Please refer to the attached drawing package for additional Scope of Work information (see Attachment D). ESTIMATED COST: $35,000,000 - $40,000,000 A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Walk will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT, beginning in the Emerald Room of the Delta Point building, located at 901 S Rancho Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89106. Proposals will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website on or before Monday, April 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PDT, based on UMC's local time. Proposals submitted after 3:00 p.m. will be rejected.
