Renovation of an educational facility in Rome, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,800-square-foot educational facility.
The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Georgia Northwestern Technical College for Biology Lab Renovation-Floyd Campus Building J. Location- Georgia Northwestern Technical College is located at 109 Hemlock St Rome GA 30161 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform all the Work shown on the drawings and called for in the specifications entitled ATC Building 1000 Testing Center 2KM Architects, Inc., who is referred to in the Bidding Documents as the Design Professional. It is the intent and it is hereby agreed that the Contractor shall perform all work covered by the Contract Documents. Completion- 260 days Bids must be in strict conformity with the Scope of Work, bidding documents, and contract documents associated with these services. Participation in a mandatory prebid conference and site visit is required for all bidders, and failure to attend will result in disqualification. All questions regarding the bidding documents, process, and requests for substitution must be submitted in writing to the listed contracting officer, and only written responses will be binding. All bid submission documents must be completed, executed, and uploaded to the bid event in Team Georgia Marketplace by the closing date and time. Paper bids or submissions by any other means will not be accepted. Required bid submission documents include the Bid Form in Section A, Bid Bond, Contractor Affidavit, and applicable Addendum(s) attached to the bid event. Companies are highly encouraged to complete the registration process and review the project plans attached to the bid event prior to attending the mandatory prebid conference. The deadline forsubmitting Requests for Interpretations will be April 6, 2026, by 5:00 p.m All questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, substitution requests, and Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer listed below in order to be accepted.
