Savannah State University is seeking a contracted supplier to provide waste collection services at multiple locations, including the Savannah State University main campus, SSU Foundation House, SSU Marine Science Research Center, SSU Coastal Georgia Center, and Jasmine Avenue House. The supplier is required to provide trash collection and removal, supply needed containers according to specifications, and offer additional roll off containers and collection for special or planned events upon request. Collection services must adhere to the stated frequencies. The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with an option to renew annually for up to four years, not exceeding a total of five years. A price escalation of up to 3% per year is permitted for years two through five. The objective is to select one qualified supplier through an electronic Request for Quotes process, with all qualified suppliers invited to submit responses.
