This project includes the repair and maintenance of two vertical aboveground storage tanks, identified as Tanks 964 and 967. All repair work shall be completed to correct deficiencies identified in previously performed API 653 inspection reports and to bring both tanks into full compliance with American Petroleum Institute (API) 653 requirements and all applicable design criteria and standards. Where conflicts exist between API 650 or API 653 and the Department of Defense Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) Standard AW 78-24-27, the DoD AST Standard shall govern. Repair activities include all actions necessary to restore structural and operational integrity and ensure regulatory compliance. The maintenance scope includes completion of all required coating repairs, development and provision of an updated tank strapping chart for each tank, and performance of a final API 653 inspection to verify compliance following repairs and maintenance. All work for Tanks 964 and 967 repairs and maintenance shall be fully completed in accordance with the specified standards. Project Period of Performance: 410 calendar days from construction NTP. the magnitude of this project is expected to range between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
