The Village of Pleasantville is seeking to execute an agreement for a Public Works Contract to complete roadway improvements as part of the Roadway Pavement Management Program (RPMP). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Village Clerk and labeled accordingly. Bids must be made on forms furnished with the Bid Documents and accompanied by a certified check or Bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total base Bid, along with a Consent of Surety if a certified check is used. Performance and payment bonds from an acceptable surety company are required for the total amount of the Contract. Attention is called to employment conditions and minimum wage requirements under the Contract. The Village of Pleasantville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informality, and award the contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village. Question Deadline 05/24/2026 via email at superintendentpublicworks@pleasantville-ny.gov or via USPS mail addressed to Anthony R. Carr, PE, CFM, Superintendent Public Works/Village Engineer, Village of Pleasantville, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, New York 10570. To be given any consideration, RFIs must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
