Site work for a water / sewer project in Glen Cove, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Design Services for the Glen Cove WWTP Concrete and Various Improvements Project. Proposals should be submitted in both Technical and Cost formats. The selected firm will be required to provide proof of general and professional liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $2,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence. The proposer must comply with a good faith effort M/WBE goal and a good faith effort minimum of 6% SDVOB goal for this project, as well as the requirements of Local Laws No. 14-2002 and 2-2016. All vendors must register with the County in order to download solicitation documents or submit bids or proposals. Proposals should only be submitted after careful examination of the complete RFP and its requirements. All vendors shall submit a MWBE Utilization Plan with their Proposal. Technical proposals must include plans for compliance with Local Law No. 14-2002 and Local Law 2-2016.
