Project Description: Project consists of the reconstruction of the intersection of Foster Path and Poplar Street, including concrete and asphalt pavement; concrete curbing, walks, and driveways; and minor utility work.Project Completion Date: September 1, 2026 Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount.Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wayne County and the City of Wooster, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
