Bids are requested for the West Row Sanitary Sewer Relocation project. Bids must be prepared according to the Instructions to Bidders in the project manual. Bids must be submitted on the form provided by the architect and must include a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable to the University of Mississippi. The bid envelope must show the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor's License Number unless it states that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. Bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed as specified. Bids may also be submitted electronically following posted instructions. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.
