Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Whitby, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The intent is to establish a contract for all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove existing air handling units (AHUs), condensing units, combi domestic hot water heaters, and humidifiers. The contractor is to supply and install new units, including gas furnace, heat pumps, humidifiers, and electric water heaters, as per mechanical and electrical drawings, and upgrade all controls to a new building automation system (BAS), as required by the Town of Whitby. Bidders are to submit their bids online. Bid documents can be previewed on the site free of charge, but downloading secured documents or participating in the opportunity requires registration and may require a subscription or Pay-Per-Bid access if the bidder lacks an active subscription. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 at 11:59 PM ET Tender or the Project except as detailed in the Inquiries clause within Part A or via the designated contact person noted above.
