Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a road / highway.
In general, the work consists of the realignment of Thomas Street (approximately 370m) as shown on the Project Drawings and as specified in the Specifications. Work includes new street construction, street reconstruction, connection of side streets, as well as watermain installation, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, concrete curb & gutter installation, concrete sidewalk installation, asphalt multiuse pathway construction, road bed granular material placement, asphalt pavement, landscaping, tree planting, pavement markings and street signage. Documents are available online at https://dieppe.bidsandtenders.ca. Only those vendors who have obtained official Bid documents directly from this platform are eligible to submit a bid. Electronic digital format bid submissions may be submitted through the City's "Bids&Tenders" electronic platform only.
