Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

In general, the work consists of the reconstruction of Ste-Thérèse Street, from Acadie Avenue to 258 Ste-Thérèse Street, over an approximate length of 550 metres. The project includes the construction of a new multi-use asphalt path with a coloured asphalt boulevard on the north side of the street, as indicated on the project plans and specified in the specifications. The reconstruction work encompasses the renewal of the storm sewer and sanitary sewer infrastructure, including service connections, catch basins, manholes, culverts, as well as video inspections and associated testing. It also includes the renewal of the existing main water line, including service lines, fire hydrants, accessories, disinfection, and testing. The scope of work further requires traffic control and phasing of the work, the complete reconstruction of the roadway with a new granular foundation and asphalt surface, renewal of curbs and gutters, tree removal, roadway marking and signage work, and the restoration of all surface components affected by the work, including private entrances and landscaping, to their original condition or improved state. The work also includes full road reconstruction with new gravel and asphalt, curb and gutter renewal, tree removals, line painting, and signage. All impacted surface features, including driveways and landscaping, must be reinstated to original or improved condition. Submissions must be made online in English unless otherwise specified.
