Expansion Dieppe manages the development of land in the Dieppe Industrial Park. It wishes to review the Dieppe Industrial Park Master Plan to enhance the Park's ongoing development plan, while ensuring compliance with new government standards for wetland protection and enhancement. In addition, a cost estimate of the construction for implementing the master plan is to be provided, along with a business plan for the next phase of development. The previous master plan, conceived prior to the adoption of this document, must therefore be revised in its entirety. The purpose of this RFP is to invite qualified professionals to submit a proposal(s) for the provision of services to create a phased master plan over time, as well as to develop a conceptual (not construction) plan of the strategies and infrastructure required for the various phases of development of the Dieppe Industrial Park located within the City's industrial zoning, and to assess the suitability of a potential development zone. These infrastructures will need to include, but not be limited to, the following elements: water supply, sewage, stormwater management, mitigation measures near airport runways, vehicle transportation and active transportation, all in line with new provisions for wetland protection and enhancement and best practices in sustainable land development, as well as environmental certification for industrial development. Among other things, planning will have to consider connection to all existing infrastructures in terms of telecommunications, electricity, natural gas, water and sewage, etc. The proposal(s) shall comply with the terms and conditions, specifications, terms of reference, drawings and plans and appendices set forth herein. The proposal(s), master plan and business plan must be written in French. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
