Provide free samples if required; unclaimed samples after 30 days will be disposed of. 6. Late bids will not be considered. 7. Read all conditions and verify amounts before submitting bids; changes or additions not allowed post-submission. 8. Guarantees and warranties should be attached as they may be a consideration in awarding a contract. 9. Delivery or contract completion time must be shown. 10. Additional information may be obtained from the Purchasing Office. 11. Be aware of Davis-Bacon wage rates and Buy America regulations if applicable. 12. The City reserves the right to accept part or all of any bid and to reject all bids. 13. Signature by an authorized person is required. Unsigned bids will be rejected. 14. Freight and delivery charges to the designated City facility must be included in bid. Charges may not be added after the bid is opened. 15. All prices quoted will remain firm for at least 30 days from the date of bid unless otherwise specified.
