Furnish Masonry Sand, Concrete Sand and Pit Fill Sand. Unit prices shall be submitted for the period from April 1, 2026 to April 1, 2027. Masonry Sand, Concrete Sand, and Pit Fill Sand are to be quoted both FOB Jonesboro Street Department and FOB the bidder's plant. It is expressly understood that there is no obligation for the City to purchase any specific quantity or to make purchases at any specific time. Bidders may submit bids on one or any or all of the items listed. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and any part of any bid received. Bids must be signed; unsigned bids will be rejected. Bids number must be annotated on the bidder’s envelope and are subject to rejection unless submitted on the form provided. Bids received after the stated time will not be considered. Submit bids on the specified form; no facsimiles will be accepted. Address all bids to the Purchasing Agent, ensuring the bid number is clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Do not include Federal Excise Tax in the bid. State manufacturer, brand name, and model for each item bid. Prices quoted will remain firm for at least 30 days unless otherwise specified. Bidders shall be aware of Davis-Bacon wage rates and Buy America regulations if applicable. The City reserves the right to accept part or all of any specific bid or bids and to accept any bid with or without trade-in. The City further reserves the right to reject all bids, or part or all of any specific bid or bids.
