A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Installation of approximately 1,300 linear feet of articulated concrete matting along the canal bottom and side slopes, at the Nathan Georgetown Canal in Plaquemine, Louisiana to create a more permanent and erosion-resistant drainage section. These improvements are intended to stabilize the channel, minimize side slope degradation, and reduce routine maintenance demands. The Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, Drawings and Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of Pan American Engineers, LLC. Bidders have the option to secure bidding documents and submit bids electronically through Central Bidding. Each Bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount.
