Site work for a water / sewer project in Breslau, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work required under this contract consists of trenchless rehabilitation of existing sewers using a cured in place pipe (CIPP) glass reinforced plastic (GRP) tube with Ultra-violet (UV) cured thermosetting resin or non-HAP/Styrene-Free Vinyl Ester Resin. External foils are included. The purpose of this contract is to eliminate extraneous flow and repair structural and operational defects throughout the Township of Woolwich's sanitary sewer collection systems. The unit and lump sum prices bid shall include all costs to supply all labour, equipment and materials necessary to complete the specified work. Work under this contract will include, but is not limited to the following: Review of the work site and all available background information to confirm the exact location and dimensions of all repairs. Selection of appropriate repair materials and design of CIPP liners. Rehabilitation of the specified assets. Provision of appropriate sewer bypassing or flow control measures for the duration of the work. Provision of appropriate traffic control measures for the duration of the work. Flushing, cleaning and preparation of the assets for inspection and rehabilitation, and disposal of all removed materials. Inspection of all assets, including documentation of all completed preparatory work and repairs, and supply of inspection records. This contract is a unit price contract of approximately 3764m of UV cured in place or non-HAP/Styrene-Free Vinyl Ester sanitary sewer lining, CIPP mainline spot and grout repairs, maintenance hole grouting and provisional work.
