**As of May 7th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Peter Luizzi and Bros Contracting Inc for $4,391,770. ** Sealed bids are required for the separation of sewer and storm sewer systems, including the installation of a dedicated storm sewer system along sections of roadway and alleyway. The work includes approximately 6,520 linear feet of 8, 12, 15, 18, and 24-inch diameter high density polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, abandonment of three existing CSOs, installation of 45 catch basins and 31 manholes, construction of sidewalk pedestrian ramp improvements, milling 28,000 square yards of roadway to a depth of 1 ½ inches, and installation of final paving (curb-to-curb) where roadways were disturbed. All disturbed areas will be re-established along sections of roadway in the City of Watervliet, Albany County, New York. Sequence of work is to be done as outlined in section 01010 SUMMARY OF WORK/ADMINISTRATION, ITEM 30. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be requested in writing to the Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions in writing will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received Question Deadline 04/10/2026
