This procurement is being solicited as Small Business Set-aside Competition. The magnitude of construction for this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The following outlines the items that will be included within this design for Building 135. This includes items that will be included in the Base Bid and identified items that will be included as an option. The following items outline a list of the repairs to be included within this design for Building 135: Base Bid: Replacement of the Existing Pedestrian Doors. Replacement of the Existing Overhead Doors. Replacement of the Existing Windows. Renovation of the Restrooms and Breakroom. Renovation of the Locker Rooms and Support Office Spaces. Replacement of Wall Louvers Integration of HVAC Controls HVAC Repairs to Office Space Replacement of Wood Platforms Masonry Repairs Section R2, R4, R6, R8, R10, R12, R14, R16, R19, R20 - Full Roof Replacement Fire Protection and Fire Alarm as required for Renovated Office Spaces Replacement of Wood Stair Case Lockers Options: Sections R1, R3, R5, R7, R9, R11, R13, R15, R17 - Full Roof Replacement Section R18 - Full Roof Replacement Replacement of Wood Platforms Contaminated Soil Removal and Disposal The media selected for issuance of Synopsis/Solicitation and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, the media utilized for this project shall be the internet. Paper copies of this solicitation and amendments, if any, will not be available or issued. FAR Subpart 36.3 and DFARS Subpart 236.2 mandate the use of Contract Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) by all DoD agencies for construction contracts greater than or equal to $650,000 or more than $10,000 if the contract was terminated for default.
