Site work for a communication facility in New Albany, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The work consists of the relocation of existing overhead facilities into a proposed city-owned underground duct bank. The project requires materials and labor for construction as specified. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, and bid security in Bond form must be issued by a surety company licensed in Ohio. Proposals must include the full names of all submitting parties and evidence of experience on similarly sized and complex projects. The owner requires the project to be completed by July 31, 2026. Payment of prevailing wages is required. The City of New Albany reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and contract with the bidder determined to offer the lowest and best bid. Bidders must ensure nondiscrimination in employment. Digital contract documents are available for inspection or download through Bid Express. Paper copies are not available.
