Site work for a water / sewer project in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is located along South Main Street (from Maple Avenue to Union Avenue), Wisconsin Avenue, and Cedar Avenue. The work includes the reconstruction of sanitary sewer (3,581 linear feet of 18-inch to 8-inch main), water main (4,986 linear feet of 12-inch to 6-inch main), and storm sewer (5,154 linear feet of 52-inch to 10-inch main). Additional work consists of lateral replacement, bore/jack of railroad tracks, pavement restoration, landscape restoration, traffic controls, clearing and grubbing, and erosion controls. Instructions to bidders specify that, for all further requirements regarding bid submission, qualifications, procedures, and conMain Street and Union Avenuetract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, with certain waivers applying to this contract, including De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components waivers. 'Paper' bidding documents will not be made available; digital documents must be downloaded from the specified website. Question Deadline 03/31/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
