In general, the work consists of an addition of approximately 1,800 SF to the existing NERR Building located at 14 Marina Drive, Superior, WI. The work includes site preparation and includes some selective demolition of the existing building and selective mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. New work includes sitework, landscaping, concrete foundations and slab-on-grade floor, wood framed walls, window systems, wood trusses, insulation, metal exterior siding and roofing, new interior walls, doors, ceilings and finishes. New and modified mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and solar power systems as indicated in the documents.
