Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Superior, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting qualifications from firms for developing a concept design and construction estimated costs for the renovation of a portion of the Princess Theatre, 1312 Tower Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin, into apartments. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby notified to contact only members of the City of Superior Staff as identified within the bidding documents. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Superior is an equal opportunity employer.
