Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Superior is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Library West Parking Lot project. The work consists of removal and replacement of concrete pavement and curb and gutter, asphalt mill and overlay, catch basin, landscaping, lighting and electrical, and all other items incidental to the project as per the plans and specifications. This project is to be completed by October 15, 2025. Bid Bond 5% The City of Superior encourages the participation of women and minority owned businesses. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
