The Advertising Project Consists of an Interior Renovation Within the Douglas County Probation and Parole Office Located in the Douglas County Government Center. The Work Will Include Alterations to the Existing Layout to Increase Office Space, Decrease Waiting Room Space, and Provide New Security Glazing at the Client Interface. The project scope will also include alterations to an existing storage room as needed to convert into office space as outlined . The project will take place in phases and will include two (2) alternates. 1. Relocation of the existing door in office B213B. 2. Replacement of ceiling light fixtures in the hallway. Project Location: 1313 Belknap St Superior, WI 54880 Bidder Will Be Required to Comply With the Douglas County Responsible Bidder Ordinance #1.32 and Comply With Applicable Background Check Processes. All Bids Must Be Prepared on the Form Provided and Submitted in Accordance With the Instructions to the Bidder. Douglas County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Waive Any Irregularities in Bidding, and to Accept the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to the County. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of 30 Days After the Scheduled Opening of the Bids Without the Consent Of the Douglas County Buildings and Ground Department.
