Project: The City of Superior, Wisconsin Environmental Services Division of Public Works is requesting proposals from engineering design firms for sanitary sewer improvements along St. Albans Drive, Newton Lane and unimproved alley between Highgate Street and Billings Drive crossing Royalton Road. This project is slated for construction in 2026. Monday 6/23/2025 Deadline for Questions The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
