Renovation of a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The City of Superior is seeking bids from qualified contractors for HVAC and plumbing work at the Nemadji Club House and the Senior Center. Nemadji Golf Course, 5 N 58th Street, Superior, WI. Senior Center, 1527 Tower Avenue, Superior, WI. Project to be completed by September 30, 2025. Senior Center - The work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing boiler heating system at the Lew Martin Senior Center with a new system per engineered plans and specifications provided. All applicable city Permits, Inspections, removal, disposal, install, testing, and commissioning to be provided by contractor. Nemadji - The work consists of the removal and replacement of the clubhouse makeup air unit. The removal and replacement of the clubhouse AC condensing units and coils per engineered plans and specifications provided. All applicable city Permits, Inspections, removal, disposal (NR 488 & EPA Section 608), install, testing, and commissioning to be provided by contractor.
