Renovation of an educational facility in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Division of Facilities Development, hereinafter termed DFD, hereby announces that it is advertising for bids from certified contractors for the above project. Bid Date Notes: PDF scanned file of all required bid documents, including bid and bid bond forms with original wet signatures or properly transmitted electronic signatures (only PDF files will be accepted) submitted via the eBuilder Bidding Portal (this is the preferred method); The bidder is responsible for the sealed bid being delivered to the indicated location or submitted via the online Bid Portal before the time specified for the bid submission. Third party delivery is entirely at the bidder's risk. In general, the work consists of: replacing 6 end-suction heating water circulation pumps in Holden Fine Arts. Each floor is served by a pair of redundant pumps, this intent is to be maintained. The existing system has 3-way bypass valves that are no longer needed, all of these will be removed and pumps will be controlled to maintain a differential pressure on each floor. All pumps will be added to Holden's BAS system and monitored for their operation. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 Bidders shall bring any inadequacies, omissions, or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before MEP bidding commences
