**As of May 28, 2026, the project was awarded to Yelden Vision Contracting Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville require balcony repairs at four locations: 56 Bedford St. Westport, 43 Center St. Lansdowne, 3 Miller Dr. Mallorytown, and 105 Lewis St. Merrickville. The work includes repairs to concrete decks, handrails, and painting. Respondents are invited to provide all materials, equipment, and labour necessary to complete the project. Only the successful bidder will be required to submit a bid bond and performance bond. The project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026.
