The City of West Jordan requests proposals from qualified General Contractors for a Design-Build procurement process to construct a new multi-level shipping container surround area, a base concrete pad, and bike ramp features to support a new Vert-style Ramp at the West Jordan Wheels Park. Questions Due Date: April 06 2026, 10:00 AM MDT Online Portal Scope of Work The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials except those provided by the City, and services necessary to complete the design-build and construction of the project. Major components of the work include container structure assembly and installation, structural coordination with ESI Engineering, ADA access improvements, stairs, railings, circulation features, bike drop-in platforms, and the construction of dirt ramp features. Design should be durable and low-maintenance and include drainage detailing that enables City crews to maintain features with hand tools as applicable. Contractor will be responsible for submitting all building permits. The City will waive the cost of permits submitted to the City
