Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Electronic bids are required for the performance of all labor and the furnishing of all materials, tools, and machinery in compliance with specified sections of the Ohio Revised Code, in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2026 Bridge Repair Program, Bancroft Street Bridge #95 & Sylvania Avenue Bridge #101. Bidders must download plans and specifications from the Lucas County bidding system and register through the bidding service. All bidders must be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the type of work required by this project. The project consists of the replacement of the concrete wearing surface on a bridge on Sylvania Avenue over Tenmile Creek located between Kilburn Road and Mitchaw Road in Sylvania Township , Lucas County , Ohio . The Parties agree to a goal of 15% Minority workforce who are qualified to perform work on the construction of the Project in order to meet the Owner's stated inclusion goals and objectives.
