**As of April 22nd, 2026, this project has been awarded to Atlantic Constructors, Inc. for $46,148.** Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supplies required to install a ductless split system(s) with wall mounted AHU(s) capable of providing sufficient cooling to maintain a room temperature of 75 degrees inside a cement block walled room that is 26' x 18' x 19', at HRSD's Nansemond Treatment Plant, located at 6909 Armstead Rd, Suffolk, VA 23435, in accordance with the attached requirements, line items, descriptions, terms and conditions.
