Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Northwood, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,328-square-foot transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The proposed work includes construction of a 36-foot by 148-foot, 3-unit row hangar at Northwood Municipal Airport-Vince Field in Northwood, North Dakota. Bidders must submit their bids online via the Quest CDN vBid platform for a submission fee. Bids must fully comply with the submission requirements of the vBid system, including acknowledgement of all addenda, submission of a copy of the bidder's North Dakota Contractors License (or renewal certificate), and submission of a Bid Bond in a sum equal to five percent of the maximum bid price, executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to do business in North Dakota. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract. The Northwood Municipal Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive defects, and accept any bids deemed for the public good. The successful bidder must obtain a statement from the Office of the State Tax Commissioner confirming all taxes due have been paid. Compliance with all federal nondiscrimination and civil rights laws, DBE participation and reporting requirements, federal minimum wage standards, trade restriction certifications, and requirements regarding unmanned aircraft systems is required. Federal contract provisions and regulatory compliance are incorporated by reference and must be adhered to by the bidder and all subcontractors.
