Rehabilitation and upgrade of Pump Station No. 120, including the installation of new pumps, electrical components, piping, and a permanent bypass pump system, along with associated demolition and site improvements. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 at 5:00 PM ET No oral explanation in regard to the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made, and no oral instructions will be given before the award of the Work. Discrepancies, omissions or doubts as to the meaning of the Contract Documents shall be communicated in writing to the Owner for interpretation. The successful prime contractor must also seek MBE/WBE firm participation in obtaining subcontracts for construction work, equipment, services and supplies prior to bid submittal. Demonstration of good faith efforts must be documented.
