Reference Number 0000317510 Fit-up of a portion of the 3rd floor of the building to meet the tenant’s special purpose space (SPS) needs, which, in addition to their regular office space (open office area, meeting focus rooms, employee kitchenette, storage room, electrical room, LAN telecom room), include: visitor waiting area, reception, interview rooms, medical exam room with a sink, hearing room, and a gender-neutral accessible washroom, which must be accessible to all building occupants with its door into common space. Other project requirements in addition to regular fit-up items include but are not limited to: installation of identification and wayfinding signage, installation of automatic door openers and card readers on perimeter doors into the tenant's office, assessment of the travel pathway through the building that visitors would take, ensuring that it meets required codes and standards, including accessibility, and modification to the 3rd floor accessible washroom.
