Reconstructing approximately 1.8 miles of Van Ness Road in the Town of West Point, including pulverizing existing double seal coat, raising the road with compacted aggregate, ditching, existing culvert replacement, undercutting, new culvert installation, erosion control, and double seal coat. Bidding is for the east-west section of Van Ness Road between O'Connor Road and Chrisler Road. Interested bidders must obtain bidding documents from QuestCDN by entering project number 10073244, with a $40.00 fee for plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted online only through QuestvBid. The Town of West Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any technicality, and accept any bid deemed advantageous. All bids must remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the bid opening. Contract award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing, Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
