Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 29, 2026 project was awarded to Dakota Redi Mix Inc - DRM Inc., awarded amount is $239,260.70 Scope includes removing and replacing PCC sidewalk, minor channel surfacing, access approach along 4-J Road, and minor curb and gutter; including associated aggregate base course, drain gravel clean rock, geosynthetic material separation fabric; minor grading and subgrade preparation with import fill; and pre-cast or cast-in-place PCC storm drain outlet structure. Project includes removal and resetting of galvanized chainlink fencing, erosion control, and capping and abandoning the existing irrigation system as needed. Alternate work at the west extent of Cottonwood Park includes disconnecting and rerouting extensions of 24" and 42" RCP storm drain, flared ends, plugging existing pipes, and installing rubblized concrete riprap. Project includes erosion control, and capping and abandoning the existing irrigation system as needed. All questions need to be submitted in writing by emailing Adrienne.Hahn@klienq.com. Addendum 1 will be issued with Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes including questions and answers. Additional questions following this meeting will be received until end of day April 1. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
