Demolition, site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The District, in partnership with the Wyoming School Facilities Division (SFD), is undertaking the replacement of the existing transportation facility due to documented condition deficiencies identified through prior facility evaluations. The project consists of the replacement of the existing Campbell County School District Transportation Facility located in Gillette, Wyoming, on District-owned property at the corner of Southern Drive and Enzi Drive. The existing facility is being replaced due to its current condition, age, and inability to adequately support the District's transportation operations. The new facility is intended to address these deficiencies by providing a modern, efficient, and properly sized transportation center to support fleet maintenance, operations, and staff needs. The replacement facility is classified as a large fleet facility in accordance with State Construction Department Transportation Guidelines and is designed to support a fleet of approximately 170+ buses in addition to a substantial white fleet. Submission Procedures: The Qualification portion of the submittal shall be sent directly to both the District and to the SFD at the addresses listed in Attachment 2. Multiple physical copies as listed in Attachment 2 are required such that each selection committee member has a copy to review. One digital copy (PDF files on either CD or flash drive) is required for each office. The Financial portion of the submittal shall be sent directly to both the District and to the SFD at the addresses listed in Attachment 2. The School District reserves the right to request additional information which, in the School District's opinion, is necessary to ensure that the School District has complete information with regard to the Professional Service Provider's competence, business organization, and financial resources to assist in determining if the Professional Service Provider is qualified.
