Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and educational facility.

Campbell County School District #1 and the Wyoming State Construction Department, School Facilities Division are requesting proposals from firms and individuals for Commissioning Services in support of the New Campbell County High School & Transportation Center. The scope of work includes providing Commissioning Services for the new high school and transportation center located at 1000 W 8TH ST, Gillette, WY. Bidders must submit the Qualification portion of the submittal to both the District and the SFD, including multiple physical copies as specified and one digital copy for each office. The Financial portion must also be submitted digitally to both the District and SFD. The School District may request additional information to evaluate the Professional Service Provider’s competence, business organization, and financial resources.
