Campbell County School District invites interested firms to submit a response for General Contracting (DBB - Hard Bid) services for Campbell County School District - Phase III -V, located in Gillette, Wyoming. Phase 3 includes the demolition of the existing athletic fields and facilities following the 2026 Fall sports season , utility relocations and modifications , earthwork and site development , aggregate piers , superstructure typical of public education facilities including concrete , steel , masonry and metal framing . Interior fit out of facilities including educational spaces , administrative offices , cafeteria and athletics . The total SFD appropriated scope area is equal to 191,662 Square Feet and has a capacity for 1200 Students . CCSD intends to also include enhancements to the project including a primary Gym , an Auxiliary Gym , Weight Room and Cooling capacity for the primary Gym . The total square footage for these enhancements is 20,500 , bringing the building total to approximately 212,000 square feet . This phase also includes renovation of the existing vocation program building (Building G ) . Phase 4 includes demolition of the existing approximate 300,000sf high school after students and staff have relocated to the new high school . Phase 5 consists of site development , new parking lot and drives , landscaping and site amenities in the footprint of the former school to support the new campus functions . The Construction of the new High School and required utility work , demolition of the existing high school , Renovation of Building G and site development is projected to cost between $ 106 million and $ 116 million dollars . *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
