Campbell County Road & Bridge Department desires to purchase Magnesium Chloride Aqueous Solution to be used as a dust suppressant for the Campbell County Roads Project. The solution must contain a minimum of 30% Magnesium Chloride (MgCl2). The bid will include a unit price per ton of solution, including delivery charge. The total quantity to be bid is 3,075 tons, with 1,275 tons for Schedule A (Project CM24407) and 1,800 tons for Schedule B (Project CM25406). The solution is to be delivered FOB to Gillette, WY. Bids must be submitted on the company's letterhead and signed by an officer of the company. The anticipated start date is May 2026, with all work for Schedule A to be completed by November 30, 2026, and Schedule B by October 31, 2027. Sealed bids will be received by Campbell County Road & Bridge at 5901 Hannum Road, Gillette, WY 82716 until 1:00 p.m., local time, on May 6, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after receipt. Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and/or accept the bid which is in the best interest of the county.
