Reference Number 0000416971 This project consists of annual jetting and video inspection of approximately 40,000 feet of mainline sanitary sewer (ranging from 6-inch to 18-inches in diameter). Also, includes cleaning of one grit chamber and one lift station. The Town will consider submitted bid schedule and unit pricing for up to two (2) additional years for the awarded contractor, subject to, but not limited to, work performance, annual budget appropriations. Questions and Clarifications shall be submitted to Bradley Curtis, P.E. in writing only to Brad.Curtis@EPSGroupInc.com no later than 12:00noon on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The Work will be substantially completed within 45 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and complete and ready for final payment within 7 consecutive calendar days past substantial completion. The Town of Eaton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Town of Eaton, is in the best interests of the Town of Eaton.
